Early Diagnosis

Protect Your Health Step by Step

The most critical success factor in a health screening process is cancer diagnosis. As is well known, early diagnosis is the key to survival. In my clinic, I can diagnose various diseases at an early stage, even in patients without noticeable symptoms. Between September 2014 and September 2019, we retrospectively reviewed the screening results of many patients in collaboration with Kent Hospital. Here are the incidence rates of some cancer types based on the data we collected (all figures are calculated per 100,000 individuals):

Breast cancer: 120 (in women) | Thyroid cancer: 125 in men, 160 in women | Malignant melanoma: 46.2 in men, 25 in women | Lung cancer: 80 in men, 25 in women. To compare these figures, let’s look at the most recent data from Turkey’s 2015 Cancer Statistics: Breast cancer: 43.8 (in women) | Thyroid cancer: 6 in men, 21.7 in women | Malignant melanoma: 1.5 in men, 1.4 in women. These high incidence rates should not cause alarm. All of these patients are healthy and alive thanks to early diagnosis. In all cases, surgical margins and lymph nodes were clear (#indicating early diagnosis), and they recovered with minor interventions. My goal is to minimize the health risks for all my patients and improve their quality of life.
